Little Yogi Deck

The Little Yogi Deck teaches children skills to recognize and manage emotions by introducing yoga and mindfulness as tools they can use when things feel overwhelming. The deck covers important topics from strength in attention, increasing self-awareness, and soothing the nervous system to developing vocabulary for emotional self-expression, cultivating resilience, and skillfully navigating emotions during challenging times.
